What is the difference between 1st level and 2nd level services?

1st level services are provided by junior members.
2nd level services are provided by skilled professionals.

Typically, if the issue is not resolved by a 1st level member within 30 minutes, the issue is escalated to 2nd level professionals who guarantee that the issue will be resolved and solution found.

What does these services mean?

Remote assistance means, that our staff will connect to your desktop and share it. This way he can easily identify the problem and help you out quickly.

Administration of Google Apps means remote service settings and administration of Google Apps services.

Remote Training is a customer-specific training tailored towards customer's needs. Training is provided via shared desktop and we can train up to 15 end-users in one session.

Simple Development Using Predefined Google Apps Components means custom form development, creation of intranet or extranet web sites using standard components available in Google Apps.
