System of customer care INNOVA Fair was designed to meet cutomer's needs. Customers can see how much time we spent with providing services for them and how much does it cost them. Moreover, system INNOVA Fair allows us to bill our customers per minute.
The Concept of Service Credits
The principle is simple, a customer recharges his credit either regularly on monthly basis or as a one time payment. As soon as we provide a service to you, the credit is depleted based on the time and hourly rate for the service.
Price of Service Credits
The price for one service credit for customers with regular monthly billing is 1 EURO excl. VAT. The amount of service credits you should buy per month is individual and depends on the number of Google Apps users on your domain.
In case you would like to purchase service credits as a one time payment without monthly subscription, the price for one service credit is 1.5 EURO excl. VAT. Minimal amount of service credits that can be purchased is 50. We accept PayPal payments.
Online Timesheet
Every customer has always access to the on-line time-sheet, where he/she can see the list of services recently provided, actual amount of remaining service credits, duration and type of each service which was provided.
Billing Per Minute All services provided via shared desktop or remotely are billed per minute and tracked in the on-line time-sheet. Guarantee of Free Of Charge Services
For customers with monthly subscription who use recommended end-user environment for Google Apps we will fix all technical issues for free.
Transfer of Service Credits
If you don't use up all service credits, these service credits are automatically transferred into the next month. You can use them anytime you want.
